Director, Grocery Beverage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell C4 & Bloom Beverage products to National Account Chains, focusing mainly on Grocery channels throughout the U.S.

• Collaborate closely with Vice Presidents to oversee existing accounts and explore new business opportunities.

• Foster and maintain relationships with buyers.

• Oversee financial budgets for promotional activities across relevant business sectors.

• Assess expenditures at each account to guarantee ROI before acquiring new business.

• Create tailored sales pitch presentations for channel- and customer-specific Nutrabolt products.

• Deliver presentations during chain calls at customer headquarters nationwide to secure new business.

• Schedule and participate in meetings as new business prospects emerge.

• Manage and report on monthly promotional calendars for each client.

• Handle P&L for slotting and other business-related expenses.

• Monitor and assess individual customer performance using Spins, IRI, and internal sales statistics.

• Oversee customer onboarding processes, including new item documentation, contracts, portal management, and related administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree.

• At least 5 years of experience working with National Account chains.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong buyer relationships.

• Comprehensive knowledge of National Account chain contacts.

• Ideally, experience and connections in Distributor Management.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Capacity to act swiftly and achieve results.

• Familiarity with the beverage industry is preferred.
