This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all federally mandated price calculations, which include Medicaid AMP and Best Price, Medicare ASP, and VA Non-FAMP pricing.
• Administer quarterly and annual reporting certifications.
• Examine pricing trends and identify anomalies.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation processes in collaboration with audit teams.
• Implement government pricing checks to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct independent parallel calculations for government pricing.
• Validate modeling setups and assess the reasonableness of government pricing modifications.
• Evaluate the business implications of updates to government pricing.
• Supervise the processing and payment of government rebates and discounts, including Medicaid rebates, Medicare Part D manufacturer discount programs, and IRA inflation rebates.
• Manage FSS contracts, negotiate Department of Defense blanket purchase agreements, and Medicaid supplemental agreements.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, including price transparency reporting, Medicare Drug Price Negotiation, and bona fide service fee evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal advisors to interpret CMS guidance and develop compliant contract language.
• Work in partnership with Contract Operations, Market Access, Gross-to-Net forecasting teams, and Pricing Committees.
• Inform stakeholders about government pricing implications through educational sessions, annual meetings, and continuous communication.
• Oversee third-party vendors and assess technology platforms for contract management, rebate analysis, and financial transactions.
• Propel data visibility initiatives through Power BI dashboards and enhanced reporting.
• Handle disputes with state Medicaid agencies, particularly those related to 340B duplicate discounts.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to minimize manual workload and facilitate strategic analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• At least 5 years concentrated on statutory Government Pricing calculations, operations, and compliance.
• Demonstrated success in managing technical analyst teams.
• Experience managing external audits.
• Proven ability to present complex regulatory risks to senior executives.
• An MBA, CPA, or JD is highly preferred.
