This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and execute global pricing and market access strategies for Solid Tumor pipeline products.
• Incorporate access requirements into clinical development, including trial design, endpoints, and evidence generation.
• Gather regional feedback and formulate recommendations for clinical development and evidence generation.
• Represent the GVAP Solid Tumor perspective in company governance and oversight bodies.
• Create early value propositions to support pricing, reimbursement, and access decisions.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and HEOR teams on trial design and evidence strategies.
• Identify and prioritize gaps in evidence.
• Assist with health economic models, burden-of-illness studies, and other payer-oriented data generation.
• Act as the primary market access liaison for GPTs when designated.
• Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Contribute to clinical decisions and Business Development initiatives.
• Engage target markets and regional access teams on access strategy and local adaptations.
• Align target product profiles, evidence requirements, and value propositions across various regions.
• Lead pre-launch planning, early value toolkits, JCA-relevant PICOs, and early engagement strategies.
• Facilitate launch readiness through communication, training, and regional team support.
• Support regional activities related to early pipeline asset in-licensing.
• Monitor the solid tumor landscape, including competitor activity, payer requirements, and regulatory changes.
• Analyze payer insights, pricing trends, and market conditions.
• Enhance value propositions and product positioning throughout clinical phases.
• Lead early pipeline payer consultations across regions, including CADTH and NICE.
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in global, regional, or local Market Access roles.
• Experience in pipeline/early development and JCA preparation is highly advantageous.
• Extensive experience in market access and payer engagement within the oncology field.
• Proficient in developing and delivering value toolkits.
• In-depth understanding of the global pricing and reimbursement landscape, HTA, and national reimbursement processes.
• Strong grasp of regional pricing requirements for coverage and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of health technology assessment methods and health economics modeling is a plus.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively across diverse cultures and functions.
• Analytical skills to structure complex issues and synthesize essential points.
• Strategic thinking, initiative, organizational, prioritization, and planning capabilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer focus, leadership qualities, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in global market access value models, value-based propositions, and cost-effectiveness models.
• Ability to carry out projects efficiently and within deadlines.
