This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Global MSP Ecosystem Partner Development team at SentinelOne, reporting to the Managed Services leadership.
• Increase Managed Services revenue, enhance wallet share with current Managed partners, facilitate improved partner outcomes, and reduce churn within the partner network.
• Guide and mentor a team of Global MSP Ecosystem Partner Development Managers, fostering the next generation of sales leaders.
• Attract, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent to cultivate a proficient MSP Ecosystem Partner Development team.
• Formulate strategic account and territory plans, implementing tactical actions to expand wallet share with existing partners and decrease churn.
• Cultivate and sustain senior-level relationships with key partners, focusing especially on the platform-commit tier.
• Design and execute strategies to enhance product adoption across endpoint, identity, data, cloud, and AI SIEM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to minimize churn, finalize deals, and promote revenue and product adoption.
• Maintain a disciplined operational rhythm, including generating sell-to and sell-through pipelines for upselling, alongside account and opportunity planning aligned with MEDDPICC.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the MSSP/MSP sector, along with 10 or more years managing strategic partnerships within the security industry.
• Extensive experience in selling security products, such as endpoint, identity, data, and cloud, to MSSPs and MSPs.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing partner development or sales teams.
• Ability to devise a strategic plan and execute it effectively, yielding measurable results while prioritizing engagement and support in alignment with the Managed Services division's strategic goals.
• Proven track record in sales management, consistently meeting or surpassing targets and developing client-focused, distinctive, and achievable solutions.
• Exceptional listening, organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills, coupled with strong verbal and written communication abilities to persuade and influence all organizational levels, including executives and C-level personnel.
• Proven capacity to forge relationships that span organizational boundaries, creating a wide network of internal and external partners that you interact with daily.
• Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; startup experience is an advantage.
• A growth mindset, strong intellectual and emotional intelligence, technical expertise, and a passion for security, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and bring enthusiasm to the role each day.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; SentinelOne participates in the E-Verify Program for all U.S.-based positions.
