This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement assigned elements of the comprehensive global medical strategy for sonrotoclax.
• Convert global priorities into actionable workstreams in collaboration with regional medical teams.
• Monitor execution progress, identify risks and dependencies; escalate challenges and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate scientific discussions with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, cooperative organizations, and professional societies.
• Organize global and/or regional advisory boards, including setting objectives, agendas, materials, capturing insights, and producing post-meeting outputs.
• Gather, synthesize, and share actionable insights from external sources.
• Assist in the execution of the Integrated Evidence Plan and conduct evidence gap analyses.
• Support the review of concepts and protocols.
• Collaborate with CROs, vendors, and investigators to ensure compliant, timely, and high-quality study execution.
• Implement scientific strategies and deliverables for hematology congresses and peer-reviewed publications.
• Aid in congress planning, data review meetings, medical booth or medical affairs station activities, and internal preparedness.
• Ensure scientific accuracy, balance, and consistency throughout all scientific materials.
• Work alongside Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, Market Access/HEOR, and Commercial teams while upholding medical-commercial separation.
• Assist regional and affiliate medical teams with aligned content, scientific updates, and execution toolkits.
• Oversee assigned medical activities and vendor budgets, coordinating purchase orders and contracts.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or similar fields.
• Proven track record of executing global or multi-regional medical initiatives.
• Preferred experience in hematology throughout the product lifecycle, including launch and ongoing support, evidence generation, and scientific communication.
• Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment while managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong focus on quality and adherence to timelines.
• Excellent scientific understanding and the ability to interpret and convey clinical data clearly and accurately.
• Demonstrated operational excellence, project management skills, and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with medical governance, compliance, and quality standards related to Medical Affairs activities.
• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence in a matrix setting without direct authority.
• High standards of integrity, accountability, and a patient-centered approach.
• Willingness to travel for work up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Occasional overtime and weekend travel may be required.
