This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver extensive expertise in fraud and financial crime, providing consulting support to sales teams and pinpointing opportunities with current and prospective clients.

• Engage with senior leaders in fraud and risk at client organizations to comprehend business challenges and propose solutions that leverage BioCatch’s platform.

• Create and present articles, webinars, and conference talks to establish BioCatch as a frontrunner in behavioral intelligence and device-based fraud detection.

• Represent BioCatch at corporate events, industry gatherings, and executive briefings.

• Clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Recognize emerging challenges faced by customers and generate innovative solution concepts.

• Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize new use cases effectively.

• Assess new use cases for technical viability and functional alignment.

• Partner with clients and sales teams to deliver valuable outcomes.

• Contribute to the BioCatch Client Innovation Board, assisting in the evaluation and prioritization of product innovations.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, fraud threats, and regulatory trends.

• Provide market insights to internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Threat Analytics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in fraud and financial crime roles within the financial services or fraud technology sectors.

• A minimum of 3 years in consultative engagements at the executive level.

• Demonstrated proficiency in the fields of fraud, financial crime, and cybersecurity.

• Ability to explain how fraud teams operationalize technology within the fraud prevention “stack.”

• Proven capability to interpret fraud and financial crime metrics, construct business cases, and quantify ROI for clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to captivate an audience and advocate for BioCatch’s solution at conferences.

• Expert-level consultative abilities, with the skill to collaborate, grasp technical specifics, and confidently engage with senior stakeholders.

• Creativity and strong problem-solving skills, along with active listening, collaboration, resilience under pressure, a sense of purpose, drive, motivation, coachability, competitiveness, curiosity, accountability, integrity, a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• At least 2 years of experience creating thought leadership content through articles, podcasts, panels, webinars, or media interviews.

• Proven success in driving revenue growth through advisory support and domain expertise.

• Experience in identifying new fraud use cases and influencing product roadmaps based on client feedback and business case analysis.

• Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and the fraud and financial crime threat environment.

• Familiarity with fraud data sources, analytics, and reporting.

• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading cross-functional teams; involvement in innovation boards or governance processes.

• Proven ability to support or lead innovation initiatives and convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

• Advanced certifications (e.g., CFE, CISSP, ACAMS) or a master's degree are preferred.

• Exposure to various industries beyond financial services.

• Familiarity with AI/ML or digital identity technologies; experience with AI-driven behavioral biometrics.

• Experience in marketing, event organization, or public relations.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, data privacy laws) and their implications for fraud prevention strategies.

• Established network of contacts within the fraud and financial services communities.

• Multilingual skills or experience working across diverse cultures and regions.

• Proven track record in mentoring teams, facilitating design thinking, or leading strategy workshops.
