This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the annual operating plan, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Manage assumptions related to revenue, operating expenses, headcount, capital, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with executive and functional leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and corporate departments.
• Assess performance, shape priorities, and provide support for business decisions.
• Create and uphold driver-based financial models, scenario analyses, and investment proposals.
• Assist with strategic initiatives, product investments, pricing strategies, acquisitions, and growth prospects.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance reports, variance analysis, trends, risks, opportunities, and suggested actions.
• Establish and track financial and operational KPIs, executive scorecards, and dashboards.
• Promote continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and self-service analytics within planning and reporting processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Accounting and business leaders to guarantee accurate financial results and effective close-to-forecast processes.
• Identify underlying causes for performance variances.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing FP&A team.
• Enhance the team's analytical, business-partnering, and executive communication skills.
• Report directly to the VP of Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with significant responsibilities in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading, coaching, or developing finance professionals.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Capability to distill complex data into clear business insights.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive leaders and cross-functional partners in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in developing executive reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and decision-support documentation.
• Occasional travel, a few times a year, based on business requirements.
• Adherence to relevant policies and procedures, required training, confidentiality of information, and prompt reporting of compliance issues or incidents.
• Ability to occasionally navigate the workplace, sit, perform manual tasks, operate a computer and other office equipment, extend arms, kneel, talk, and hear.
• Capability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
• Clear communication via telephone and video conference and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a moderately noisy environment, follow directions, collaborate with others, and manage typical workplace stress.
• Minimal travel, a few times per year, based on business needs.
