This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of and enhance rolling bookings and revenue forecasts, long-term planning, and scenario modeling.
• Spearhead critical components of annual planning by integrating GTM pipeline assumptions, quota capacity, hiring strategies, and overall company goals.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders, Sales Operations, and FP&A colleagues to bolster bookings and ARR forecasting.
• Deliver clear insights into business performance metrics.
• Analyze SaaS metrics such as NRR, GRR, sales capacity, AE productivity, CAC Payback, and LTV.
• Convert findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop and enhance monthly and quarterly KPI reports, management updates, and board presentations.
• Assist in establishing consistent reporting and a trustworthy source of information across teams.
• Support the modeling of commission plans and the design of quotas.
• Enhance the consistency and flow of financial and operational data across CRM, data tools, and ERP systems.
• Exceptional capabilities in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and confidence in navigating complex data and analysis.
• Experience in professional services and an in-house software environment.
• Investment banking experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in a SaaS business environment.
• Strong grasp of ARR, recurring revenue models, and fundamental SaaS economics.
• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS metrics and capacity-driven sales strategies.
• Preferred experience in Enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to oscillate between detailed financial analysis and strategic collaboration with senior leadership.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare executive-level materials and effectively present insights to senior leadership.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the judgment and autonomy to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
