This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of and enhance rolling bookings and revenue forecasts, long-term planning, and scenario modeling.
• Spearhead critical components of annual planning by linking GTM pipeline assumptions, quota capacity, hiring strategies, and corporate goals.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders, Sales Operations, and FP&A teams to improve the accuracy of bookings and ARR forecasting.
• Deliver clear insights into business performance metrics.
• Evaluate SaaS metrics such as NRR, GRR, sales capacity, AE productivity, CAC Payback, and LTV.
• Convert findings into actionable strategies for senior leadership.
• Develop and enhance monthly and quarterly KPI reporting, management updates, and board presentations.
• Create consistent reporting and establish a reliable source of truth for cross-functional teams.
• Assist in modeling commission plans and designing quotas.
• Optimize the flow and consistency of financial and operational data across CRM, data tools, and ERP systems.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel and a strong capability to navigate complex data and analyses.
• Experience gained in professional services and an in-house software setting.
• Investment banking experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience within a SaaS organization.
• Strong grasp of ARR, recurring revenue models, and fundamental SaaS economics.
• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS metrics and capacity-driven sales strategies.
• Preferred experience in Enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to transition effectively between detailed financial analysis and strategic collaboration with senior leaders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the capability to prepare executive-level materials and convey insights to senior leadership.
• Proactive and hands-on approach, demonstrating good judgment and autonomy to manage complex priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located.
