This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of and enhance rolling bookings and revenue forecasts, long-term planning, and scenario modeling.
• Spearhead essential components of annual planning by linking GTM pipeline assumptions, quota capacity, hiring strategies, and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders, Sales Operations, and FP&A teams to enhance bookings and ARR forecasting.
• Evaluate SaaS metrics, including NRR, GRR, sales capacity, AE productivity, CAC Payback, and LTV.
• Convert financial insights into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Develop and enhance monthly and quarterly KPI reporting, management updates, and board materials.
• Create consistent reporting mechanisms and a dependable source of truth across various teams.
• Assist in modeling commission plans and designing quotas.
• Enhance the flow and consistency of financial and operational data across CRM, data tools, and ERP systems.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario-planning.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Capable of navigating complex data and analyses with confidence.
• Experience gained in professional services and an in-house software setting.
• Investment banking experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in a SaaS business environment.
• Strong understanding of ARR, recurring revenue models, and fundamental SaaS economics.
• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS metrics and capacity-based sales strategies.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS is preferred.
• Ability to shift between detailed financial analysis and strategic collaboration with senior leaders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Competence in preparing executive-level materials and delivering insights to senior leadership.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with the judgment and autonomy to manage complex priorities.
