This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead comprehensive annual and quarterly strategies for Field, Experiential & Partner Marketing that align with the company's growth objectives, regional Sales priorities, and partner goals.
• Direct regional field marketing initiatives and prioritize programs and investments based on pipeline opportunities, customer engagement, and quantifiable business impact.
• Provide strategic oversight for corporate events, trade shows, flagship experiences, webinars, and regional programs.
• Empower managers to take ownership of the end-to-end execution process.
• Lead the partner marketing strategy across key OEM and alliance relationships.
• Formulate integrated plans that align partner priorities with redesigned solutions, campaigns, and field programs.
• Oversee strategy and governance for MDF, sponsorships, and partner-funded initiatives, ensuring proper allocation, utilization, compliance, and measurement.
• Manage a consolidated portfolio and budget across field marketing, corporate events, merchandise, partner marketing, MDF, and sponsorships.
• Make informed investment decisions based on anticipated impact and ROI.
• Establish measurement and reporting standards across pipeline influence, engagement, partner contribution, cost efficiency, and ROI.
• Build scalable operating systems for planning, budgeting, intake, prioritization, execution, and post-program reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop Field & Experiential and Partner Marketing Managers.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, encompassing field, experiential, partner, event, or integrated marketing.
• Proven experience in people leadership.
• Demonstrated success in constructing field and partner marketing strategies that align with company and Sales priorities and contribute to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Strong background in partner ecosystems, MDF, sponsorships, co-marketing, and partner-funded programs.
• Experience within technology solutions providers is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in managing complex marketing portfolios and budgets, prioritizing investments, and linking activities to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in developing scalable planning, budgeting, measurement, and reporting processes.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Alliances, OEMs, executives, and Marketing teams.
• Strategic, analytical, and decisive leadership style.
