This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive strategy, planning, and execution for Billtrust’s specialized executive event program across the United States and Western Europe.

• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and the CRO’s organization to align event seating with live sales cycles or designated expansion targets.

• Oversee vendor selection, venue contracts, invitations, guest-list management, coordination of executive hosts, on-site execution, and follow-up after events.

• Spearhead the planning and implementation of the annual Sales Kickoff as well as other significant internal gatherings.

• Organize product launches, advisory sessions, and innovation showcases directed towards customers and prospects in collaboration with Product Marketing and Product leadership.

• Create customer-focused events in partnership with the CCO organization and the customer lifecycle marketing manager.

• Establish a strategic presence at industry events and develop sponsorship guidelines to enhance ROI.

• Act as the internal center of excellence for event standards, templates, and operational runbooks.

• Recruit, nurture, and lead an expanding team of field marketers.

• Promote AI adoption within the team's planning and reporting processes.

• Monitor pipeline acceleration, install-base growth, and cost per senior executive engagement.

• Present event program outcomes to the CMO and CRO.

• Oversee the complete events budget and provide data-driven recommendations for investment and reallocation.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event management, or demand generation, particularly targeting senior executive audiences.

• Demonstrated success in planning and executing intimate, high-touch executive events.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, CRO, Product, and C-suite stakeholders.

• Proven ability to drive AI adoption within team workflows.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for logistics automation, creating personalized communications, synthesizing post-event data, and enhancing program efficiency.

• Background in managing and developing a team, including hiring, coaching, and establishing performance expectations.

• Strong skills in budget management and vendor negotiations.

• Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech sectors.

• Preferred: Familiarity with platforms such as Splash, Cvent, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation tools.

• Preferred: Experience in organizing events in Western Europe.

• Preferred: Background in coordinating large-scale internal events and managing multiple concurrent programs.
