This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Facilitate collaboration to enhance and maintain visibility into the initiatives of the Enterprise Operating Plan, covering progress, risks, dependencies, delivery assurance, and anticipated business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align execution efforts with desired business results and success metrics.
• Recognize cross-functional dependencies, execution gaps, and risks, and assist in resolving issues.
• Oversee the execution of intricate, cross-functional strategic programs from the planning stage to delivery.
• Convert business priorities into comprehensive plans, milestones, dependencies, operational commitments, and quantifiable results.
• Coordinate execution across various workstreams and functional teams.
• Actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and execution obstacles.
• Monitor progress against milestones, KPIs, and objectives related to value realization.
• Encourage outcome-oriented execution and continual improvement.
• Lead program governance, reporting, and operational rhythms.
• Ensure visibility into program status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery assurance.
• Organize program reviews, executive steering committees, and decision-making forums.
• Develop and enhance EPMO capabilities, processes, governance structures, operational rhythms, and tools.
• Collaborate with the VP of EPMO to advance the enterprise program management function and support strategic goals.
• Over 10 years of experience in program management, transformation, business operations, or enterprise execution.
• Experience leading significant cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex cross-functional initiatives and achieving measurable business results.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and foster alignment without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of business operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in executive communication.
• Successful in translating strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
• Skilled in program management, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• An advanced degree or program management certification is preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach.
• Capability to provide clarity, structure, and discipline to complex challenges.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Skilled at building partnerships across functions and leadership teams.
