This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain the enterprise systems architecture roadmap encompassing the commercial, financial, and GTM technology stack.
• Manage formal architecture documentation, including system topology diagrams, data flow representations, integration inventories, and architecture decision logs.
• Set and uphold architectural governance standards and review procedures for significant system alterations.
• Define reference architectures and design patterns for integrations, data interchange, platform extensibility, and AI agent workloads.
• Oversee evaluations of build versus buy and platform selection, including AI tools, agent orchestration frameworks, and LLMOps infrastructure.
• Ensure the systems architecture facilitates scalability, data integrity, security, and operational efficiency within a public company context.
• Spearhead the design and execution of integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, Orb, and other enterprise systems.
• Establish design standards, data contracts, and integration governance protocols.
• Oversee the enterprise architecture review board and assess proposed system modifications.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data pipelines, data models, and platform integrations.
• Provide architectural insights to leadership in Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering.
• Conduct architecture reviews and grant formal design approval for significant initiatives and platform modifications.
• Enhance governed infrastructure for AI agent workflows, covering identity, API gateway, secrets management, logging, and reconciliation layers.
• Enforce change management for workflow deployments, prompt adjustments, and policy revisions, including GitHub-supported version control and CI/CD gates.
• Ensure AI agent operations adhere to SOX IT General Controls, GDPR/CCPA, and internal data governance standards.
• Build observability infrastructure for agent operations, incorporating dashboards, anomaly alerts, and audit trail documentation.
• Lead and mentor Business Systems administrators and contractors.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Establish lifecycle management, change management, and project delivery best practices.
• Advocate for technical rigor, documentation discipline, and ongoing improvement.
• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering roles, with proven ownership of multi-system environments in a public or compliance-regulated organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production, including prompt versioning, agent identity management, and audit logging.
• Extensive experience in architecting and managing Salesforce CRM environments at scale, covering data model design, integration strategies, and access controls.
• Strong operational and architectural knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake.
• Experience in building and managing API gateway, secrets management, and identity-based access control infrastructure to support automated workflows or agent systems.
• Solid grasp of SOX IT General Controls and application controls, with recent experience producing control evidence in a public company setting.
• Proven success in managing multi-functional business systems or platform teams, including direct oversight of admins and techno-functional resources.
• Experience in designing integration architectures using event-driven, API-first, or middleware patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging credibly with technical teams, senior business leaders, and external auditors.
• Familiarity with workflow versioning, GitOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines for business systems deployments.
• Proficient in architecture and security frameworks to ensure responsible AI usage.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (e.g., Fivetran, Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo) at both design and governance levels.
• Experience in developing master data management (MDM) strategies and data governance frameworks.
• Background in managing analytics architecture and BI platforms such as Tableau.
• Salesforce and NetSuite certifications.
• Experience in public or large enterprise technology environments with compliance and audit requirements.
