Appian Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that address business requirements.

• Plan, lead, and manage resources for complex Appian software development initiatives.

• Guide and mentor Junior and Senior Appian Developers to enhance their skills.

• Keep up-to-date with technical knowledge and industry advancements.

• Provide support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as software engineering, engineering, computer science, etc.

• 4 to 5 years of experience leading Appian software development teams.

• Prior experience with databases and system integration is required.

• 8 to 10 years of involvement in software development projects (preferably Appian).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is necessary.

• A diverse range of technical skills including process modeling, user interface design, and data modeling.

• Experience in requirement discovery, BPM best practices, and the design and construction of BPM applications.

• Capability to identify and assess new or alternative technologies.

• Proficiency in managing the financial aspects of the designated work area.

• Skill in evaluating Appian objects and pull requests for significant logic errors.

• Ability to articulate technical requirements across enterprise applications.

• Must possess Senior Developer (Level 3) Appian Certification.

• Strong mentorship abilities.
