Oracle Cloud SCM Delivery Architect – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide functional leadership and guidance to SCM functional team members implementing Oracle SCM Cloud applications across various industries.

• Facilitate Oracle Cloud Application requirements workshops and lead discussions on solution architecture and design.

• Consult with clients leveraging Oracle Cloud Applications expertise and industry best practices to create cost-effective solutions.

• Direct implementation teams in developing comprehensive technical and functional Enterprise Cloud solutions.

• Design Oracle Cloud extensions utilizing PaaS and other extension technologies.

• Draft specifications for custom applications and integrations with Oracle Cloud Applications.

• Evaluate current systems and data to identify requirements and necessary enhancements or modifications.

• Lead, mentor, train, and support Oracle Cloud applications implementation teams.

• Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to implementation and integration challenges.

• Develop and execute long-term client strategies.

• Act as the main client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Communicate project updates, challenges, and changes to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Engage stakeholders in estimation processes and evaluate the impacts of strategic business changes.

• Support business partners in demonstrating solution value to key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers; negotiate contracts and agreements.

• Present business cases and quantify the benefits of proposed solutions.

• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and recommend updates, upgrades, or modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.

• MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant.

• At least 3 years of experience leading SCM solution design for Oracle Cloud implementations.

• Expert-level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades.

• Experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS), particularly focusing on Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service.

• Knowledge and experience with Web Services and Oracle Cloud-delivered SOAP and REST Web Services.

• Expert consulting and business analytical skills for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, conference room pilots, functional configuration, and ERP solution testing.

• Experience working with cross-border and diverse teams and projects.

• Expert-level knowledge and experience with at least 3 Oracle Cloud Application modules: Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Oracle Cloud Cost Management, Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Demand/Supply Planning, Oracle Maintenance Cloud, Oracle Procurement, or Oracle Inventory Cloud.

• Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements.
