This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the growth strategy for a designated portfolio of enterprise client accounts.
• Establish growth objectives encompassing philanthropic gift volume, product module adoption, and financial advisor engagement.
• Develop, test, refine, and implement account-specific growth strategies that are linked to measurable results.
• Utilize quantitative growth models and confirm assumptions through data analysis and customer feedback loops.
• Assess growth initiatives based on potential size, strategic alignment, resource availability, and risk/return considerations.
• Foster relationships with leaders in business units, regional management, operations, technology, and philanthropy teams.
• Monitor key stakeholders, influencers, advocates, and decision-makers.
• Provide guidance to client stakeholders on organizational objectives and philanthropic strategies.
• Assist in developing business cases for additional investments in giving-related integrations.
• Outline user journeys and identify opportunities for deeper integration within financial advisor workflows.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to create client-centric workflow solutions.
• Involve client operations and technology teams in the design and implementation of integrations.
• Convert client feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
• Coordinate efforts with marketing, field/relationship teams, analytics, product, and operations.
• Create account-level reports and dashboards that illustrate account health, growth pathways, and risks.
• Assist in ensuring go-to-client readiness across the account ecosystem.
• A bachelor's degree in business management, sales, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise growth, strategic account management, or management consulting.
• Preferably experienced in financial institutions, fintech, or financial services.
• Knowledge of how operational and product capabilities translate into growth and client adoption.
• Proven track record of contributing to growth outcomes and performance enhancements in complex accounts.
• Familiarity with product, operations, and commercial results.
• Ability to align client needs with internal capabilities.
• Analytical skills to model growth opportunities, evaluate resource trade-offs, and support business cases.
• Strong presence with both client and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable presenting to senior-level audiences.
• Capability to influence across cross-functional teams.
• Skill in creating structure within moderately ambiguous situations and transitioning from strategy to execution.
