
Director, Enterprise Sales – National Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee revenue retention and growth strategies for United Healthcare and, potentially, other national payor accounts.
• Manage growth initiatives for designated accounts at both corporate and regional levels.
• Collaborate with Stellar Regional Sales Directors and the Customer Success team.
• Develop and sustain relationships at the executive level with assigned accounts.
• Identify and secure expansion opportunities.
• Create and implement strategic business plans.
• Partner with the National Accounts Customer Success Team to enhance performance and demonstrate Stellar’s value.
• Achieve net dollar retention and growth for assigned accounts to exceed $10 million in ARR.
• Lead efforts to acquire new business and expand existing opportunities.
• Oversee client expansions and contract renewals.
• Review and manage Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Security Risk Assessments (SRAs).
• Provide support for meetings and conferences, including scheduling executive meetings and participating in key industry trade events.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and market trends.
• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Demonstrated track record of establishing strategic relationships and successfully selling and closing complex deals in Enterprise technology sales.
• Minimum of five years in a senior sales or customer success role.
• Proven success as an enterprise sales executive selling SaaS-based software within the healthcare sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of value-based care.
• Experience in selling to and navigating national payors and/or large health systems.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth company environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities and collaborative contributions.
• Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of personal organization, time management skills, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time.
