This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Formulate and implement the commercial strategy for the Enterprise segment focusing on both retention and new business acquisition.
• Lead a team of senior sales professionals catering to the largest clients.
• Propel the transition towards an enterprise, value-oriented, consultative sales approach.
• Establish processes for forecasting, pipeline evaluation, and performance management.
• Work in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Cultivate talent and foster a high-performing sales culture.
• Collaborate with General Managers and divisional leadership on customer strategy, pricing models, and territory setup.
• Convey customer insights, emerging demands, and competitive intelligence to shape product roadmaps and service improvements.
• Regularly engage with clients and teams, coach on-market execution, and ensure value-driven outcomes.
• Align sales objectives, compensation structures, and performance metrics with overarching strategic goals.
• Embody Wolters Kluwer’s values, leadership standards, innovation, inclusivity, and commitment to customer success.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in sales leadership within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience managing both field and inside sales teams across diverse segments.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through value-based, solution-oriented selling and SaaS or subscription models.
• Experience in leading commercial teams through sales modernization, rigorous forecasting, pipeline evaluation, and metrics-driven process enhancements.
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and data-informed sales management practices.
• History of building and scaling high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and nurturing the next generation of leaders.
• Experience operating within a matrixed, global organization.
• Strong commercial insight and understanding of ARR growth, CAC efficiency, and margin optimization.
