This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Formulate and implement a regional sales strategy aimed at acquiring new clients, enhancing existing accounts, and fostering revenue growth.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives.
• Ensure meticulous execution throughout complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Manage essential regional customer relationships with CISOs, security leaders, and senior business stakeholders.
• Oversee account planning, multi-threading, competitive positioning, and executive alignment for significant deals.
• Promote a channel-first sales approach with regional strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on the regional go-to-market strategy.
• Provide insights into regional markets and customers for product strategy, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, purchasing behaviors, and Horizon3 solutions.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Sales.
• Travel as necessary, potentially up to 30%.
• Over 3 years of experience in front-line sales management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise sales teams in cybersecurity or rapidly growing SaaS environments.
• Strong foundational knowledge in enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex deals, managing large ACVs, and navigating multi-year sales cycles.
• Ability to recruit, nurture, and retain high-achieving sales talent.
• Experience working with and leveraging a strategic channel ecosystem.
• Proficiency in accurate forecasting, thorough pipeline inspection, and deal governance.
• Capability to analyze regional sales performance data and convert insights into actionable execution.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
