This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and direct the outbound sales process targeting prospective enterprise-level clients.
• Establish and lead a team of outbound Enterprise Sales Executives to meet both individual and collective quotas.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and nurture the sales team’s development.
• Execute corrective measures to uphold high performance levels.
• Foster consultative relationships with C-level executives in client accounts.
• Manage daily and weekly operations, including activity tracking, pipeline management, forecasts, and closed deals.
• Conduct weekly and monthly one-on-one meetings and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions.
• Drive the acquisition of new logo accounts.
• Emphasize Total New Bookings, Conversion Rate, and Average Deal Size.
• Collaborate with regional and global leaders to optimize new logo bookings and achieve or surpass KPIs.
• Report on sales activities and forecasts to the VP of Enterprise Sales.
• A University or Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced university or Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of sales experience.
• At least 3 years of sales management experience with a strong emphasis on outbound sales.
• Knowledge of the market landscape and industry trends.
• Established relationships with key influencers in the human resources software/e-learning sector.
• Proven track record in hiring and training new Sales/Account Executives.
• Demonstrated ability to coach underperformers to success.
• A successful history of closing business and exceeding quotas as both an Enterprise seller and a leader.
• Proven capability to accurately forecast sales results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
• Experience with Absorb LMS, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, SharePoint, Confluence, Zoom, or Gong.
• Must provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the country applied to without sponsorship.
