This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Oversee the effective implementation of strategic initiatives, enhancements to the operating model, governance frameworks, and cross-functional programs related to Compensation, Executive Compensation, Benefits, HR M&A, Mobility, Recognition, and Health and Wellness.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards leaders and stakeholders from HR, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and HR Service Delivery.
• Transform strategic priorities into scalable solutions, disciplined execution plans, and sustainable operating models.
• Provide compensation support for Danaher’s corporate functions.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Total Rewards operating models, governance structures, and transformation initiatives.
• Create and uphold governance frameworks for enterprise decision-making, prioritization, risk management, and execution.
• Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, operating reviews, and leadership updates.
• Act as a strategic compensation partner for specific corporate functions.
• Offer market insights, compensation planning support, and program guidance.
• Enhance the effectiveness of compensation programs through governance, stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Over 10 years of experience in compensation or related fields such as finance, people/data analytics, HR Business Partnering, professional services/consulting, or within a large global organization.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering technology solutions that support a corporation’s global people strategy.
• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
• Strong technical data skills are essential.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
• Experience in M&A due diligence and integration processes.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, not exceeding 25%.
