This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Lead and nurture an enterprise sales team focused on establishing and developing new client partnerships for CHG.
• Formulate organizational growth strategies for innovative products and services.
• Direct business development professionals tasked with entering new markets, launching products, and forging partnerships.
• Introduce value-added products and services into the market.
• Craft a strategic vision, marketing plans, and go-to-market strategies for identified growth areas.
• Take ownership of team revenue targets and organizational structure.
• Coach and mentor team members through weekly one-on-ones, collaborative coaching, and various growth initiatives.
• Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards.
• Track healthcare trends and assess their effects on major clients.
• Develop annual budgets, budget forecasts, and action plans for production.
• Create, implement, and achieve established sales objectives.
• Foster cross-divisional relationships and manage internal customer interactions to enhance enterprise account growth.
• Represent the organization at professional events to elevate the company brand.
• Cultivate strategic and consultative partnerships at the executive level with clients.
• Exhibit executive presence during site visits and quarterly business reviews.
• Assist in the development and execution of the ECS communication plan.
• Guide both individual and team development efforts.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and open communication.
• Undergraduate business education or equivalent experience required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience in operations management within the staffing industry or in managing locum tenens staffing.
• Demonstrated sales success in a professional or technical domain.
• Preferred experience in the medical field, healthcare industry, or locum tenens staffing.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales and account management within staffing or healthcare-related sectors.
• 5 to 10 years of leadership experience with a focus on people management.
• Strong leadership qualities and characteristics of a servant leader.
• Excellent skills in outside sales, business development, account management, customer engagement, analytics, negotiation, presentation, as well as written and verbal communication.
• Capable of leading teams, guiding personal development, influencing stakeholders, resolving conflicts, prioritizing competing demands, and driving results.
• Experience or comfort level in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Strong financial and marketing analytical skills.
• Preferred experience in enterprise healthcare.
• Familiarity with payer, provider, and technology markets is preferred.
• Experience in software sales and professional services is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel, approximately up to 50% of the time.
