This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Media Analytics team, which includes managing, coaching, and nurturing analysts.
• Set priorities and guarantee high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Direct the marketing mix modeling strategy, encompassing model performance evaluations, interpretations, scenario planning, investment recommendations, ongoing optimizations, and monthly performance summaries.
• Assess new data sources, business drivers, marketing inputs, and evolving measurement techniques to enhance MMM.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to synchronize measurement methods with business priorities and marketing strategies.
• Convert complex analytical insights into business narratives, recommendations, and presentations suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Spearhead the design and evaluation of marketing experiments, including match-market tests and incrementality strategies.
• Merge experiment outcomes with MMM, attribution, and media performance data.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agency partners on MMM, media measurement, and associated analytics initiatives.
• Utilize SQL to access, validate, and analyze data in Google BigQuery.
• Assess data quality and work with internal data and technology teams to address gaps.
• Evaluate marketing and media performance across both digital and traditional channels.
• Establish analytical standards, processes, and documentation for Media Analytics outputs.
• Experience in marketing mix modeling (MMM) is essential.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities.
• Proficient in SQL, with experience in Google BigQuery or a comparable data warehouse.
• Knowledge of ad servers and related media technology is advantageous.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, media measurement, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management, including coaching and developing analytical professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Capability to lift 15 lbs.
• Mobility within the office, including movement between floors.
• Travel by plane, car, and metro may be necessary.
• Willingness to work beyond 40 hours per week when business demands require.
• Ability to access information using a computer.
• Effectively communicate with management at all levels.
• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
