This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Develop and implement the strategy for Enterprise Acquisition partnerships that aligns with channel priorities and sales objectives for various segments.
• Connect direct sales efforts with channel ecosystems to assist partners in identifying, navigating, and securing complex greenfield enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with channel leaders, sales executives, and partner managers on shared initiatives for enterprise acquisition.
• Propel partner enablement and activation targeting competitive enterprise accounts.
• Conduct business reviews and performance discussions with senior stakeholders from partner organizations and company executives.
• Advocate for the Enterprise Acquisition segment within global channel initiatives, hunting incentives, and specialized services.
• Collaborate with marketing, enablement, and product leadership on acquisition campaigns, training for competitive displacement, and partner services.
• Represent the segment in executive partner forums and advisory councils.
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor channel performance, inform co-investment decisions, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.
• A minimum of 10 years of combined experience in Enterprise Direct Sales / Account Management along with Channel Management, Business Development, or Partner Strategy.
• Proven success in leveraging partner relationships to penetrate, navigate, and secure large enterprise accounts without a prior presence.
• Demonstrated ability to influence both internal sales teams and external partner stakeholders in a matrixed organizational structure.
• Strong comprehension of channel operating models, partner economics, incentives, and the dynamics of ecosystems.
• A successful history of creating and executing strategic business plans that generate new revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
• Experience in direct engagement with C-level executives at leading strategic partners and Fortune 500 prospects.
• Solid understanding of at least two areas: Cyber-security, SIEM, End-point, and Cloud.
