This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
β’ Develop, communicate, and execute a strategic roadmap for distribution channels in CALA, complete with defined critical metrics.
β’ Ensure the seamless integration of third-party channel initiatives into wider Commercial strategies.
β’ Offer expertise on tracking, tagging, data management, and channel enablement requirements for third-party channels.
β’ Monitor segment performance and pipeline impact, suggesting processes, initiatives, and efficiencies to enhance value.
β’ Oversee, report, and communicate performance metrics across various commercial forums on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish metrics and targets for evaluating results and enhancing forecasting accuracy.
β’ Present weekly business status reports and respond to ad hoc inquiries from senior leadership.
β’ Identify potential new online third-party options and partners through thorough analysis, data review, trends, and channel insights.
β’ Negotiate contracts with third-party providers.
β’ Stay informed about distribution-related legislation and facilitate strategic engagement with industry influencers.
β’ Proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
β’ A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in distribution, revenue management, or other relevant fields.
β’ Extensive knowledge of the CALA Region and familiarity with the OTA, Bedbank/Wholesale, metasearch, and the overall distribution landscape.
β’ Proven experience in negotiating significant distribution contracts.
β’ Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally up to 35% of the time.
β’ Strong skills in project management and process improvement.
β’ Recent experience in managing a large-scale online channel and developing strategies to enhance its performance.
β’ Solid understanding of Hilton brands, operations, systems, and organizational structure.
