This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the enterprise strategy for digital workplace learning that aligns with key workflows, standards, and execution expectations.
• Create necessary learning pathways for leaders, managers, staff, Executive Assistants, and Special Assistants.
• Propel learning priorities based on enterprise execution requirements and adoption gaps.
• Design and implement practical, role-specific learning experiences for enterprise digital tools.
• Create scalable playbooks, guides, templates, and job aids.
• Focus on real workflows and behaviors instead of abstract tool functionalities.
• Integrate digital workplace learning into both enterprise and divisional onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with the Digital Workplace Product Manager and Technology during changes to tools, platforms, and workflows.
• Assist in enterprise readiness during transitional periods.
• Monitor learning uptake, confidence, and effectiveness through participation data, feedback, and adoption signals.
• Identify learning gaps and modify approaches accordingly.
• Cooperate with Product to align learning insights with roadmap decisions and adoption strategies.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to executives and support teams.
• Oversee enterprise enablement services for executives, Executive Assistants, and Special Assistants.
• Ensure that executive and assistant enablement is in line with enterprise standards and leadership requirements.
• Report to the Senior Director of Digital Workplace within the Office of the CEO.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise learning, enablement, digital adoption, or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing learning for complex, distributed organizations.
• Ability to convert tools, workflows, and standards into clear, actionable learning experiences.
• Experience in guiding organizations through substantial digital changes or platform transitions.
• Learner-centered mindset with keen instincts for adult learning and behavior change.
• Comfort in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Talent, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Sound judgment in balancing enterprise consistency with local customization.
• Commitment to the College Board's mission and enhancing outcomes for students.
• Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for College Board business.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Eagerness and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
• Openness to experiment with and adopt new digital tools independently and proactively.
