This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.
• Develop and enhance the demand generation function from the ground up.
• Establish criteria for qualified leads and maintain qualification standards.
• Create a touch architecture for inbound follow-up, nurturing, and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to initiate cross-selling strategies within the existing customer base.
• Implement systems to measure the cost per outcome in the funnel.
• Assess which channels warrant additional funding.
• Oversee audiences, offers, campaign strategies, channel mix, conversion paths, nurturing frameworks, testing, and optimization efforts.
• Convert Product Marketing positioning into actionable demand programs.
• Work alongside Creative and Content teams to produce campaign materials.
• Write and execute campaigns directly when speed and experimentation are essential.
• Define data-layer requirements and ensure Revenue Operations is accountable for implementation, routing, data integrity, and reporting.
• Direct paid media and SEO agencies while managing available demand-generation resources.
• Achieve qualified volume and sales-accepted opportunities that align with Q1 2027 pipeline objectives by day 90.
• Establish definitions for production qualified leads, sales follow-up service levels, enhance lead-to-accepted-opportunity conversion rates, create a live cross-sell motion, report channel cost-per-accepted-opportunity, and recommend channel funding halts.
• Deliver the demand plan for the following year with a committed monthly target.
• Bridge the planned conversion-rate gap and provide evidence-based budgeting.
• Report to the hiring leader and collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, paid media, SEO, fractional demand-generation, and AI engineering partners.
• Experience building demand generation in a high-volume, lower-price-point context.
• Ability to articulate the funnel constructed, metrics before and after, and the decisions made throughout the process.
• Daily practical use of modern AI tools for segment research, messaging, scoring and signal models, sequence personalization, and campaign execution.
• Capability to discern when AI tools are ineffective as well as where they are beneficial.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, including cost per qualified opportunity, customer acquisition cost, and payback periods.
• Experience in designing cadence and sequence, covering touch counts, timing, and personalization.
• Proficiency in writing compelling offers, emails, and landing pages in your own voice and with speed.
• Background in working with imperfect data while continuously enhancing data quality.
• Experience in executing strategies within an existing customer base.
• Familiarity with lifecycle, in-product, and partner-assisted plays.
• Experience in selling to churches, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, or other values-driven buyers is a plus but not mandatory.
