This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of demand generation for Dispatch and Youreka.
• Redefine the marketing strategy for the company and its offerings.
• Lead the strategy and targets for the Business Development Representative team.
• Evaluate marketing focus across various channels including paid acquisition, lifecycle/email, and organic.
• Manage the marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Create and maintain a measurable pipeline in collaboration with the sales team.
• Identify effective segments, use cases, and messaging through thorough testing and analysis.
• Refine demand-generation targeting and messaging.
• Share insights with Product Marketing to enhance positioning.
• Develop a content engine that includes website copy, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
• Guide BDR strategy and objectives alongside the current Lead BDR.
• Oversee an existing marketing team resource while assisting in defining future roles.
• Analyze the marketing channel mix and prioritize funding.
• Establish processes, reporting structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build a cohesive marketing engine that integrates the team, tools, and processes.
• Define data-driven marketing investment priorities along with measurable pipeline and revenue contributions.
• Create product positioning and messaging while supporting significant product launches and market expansions.
• Report directly to the CEO.
• 5–10 years of marketing experience, with a specific emphasis on demand generation and program development.
• A hands-on operator with startup experience, comfortable building programs with limited resources.
• Demonstrated success in leading a marketing function or team from an early stage.
• Required hands-on experience managing a demand generation or marketing function.
• Experience in managing a team on a sales-type compensation plan, such as BDR, SDR, or inside-sales, is advantageous.
• Analytical thinker with a first-principles approach, capable of diagnosing which channels and tactics yield results.
• Strong written communication skills to transform technical or operational product value into engaging brand and content narratives.
• B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
• Experience in field service, home services, or enterprise software is a plus.
