This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as the strategic technical lead for the most significant customer accounts.
• Facilitate workshops that align stakeholders, ranging from CISOs to Data Engineers.
• Work in collaboration with the partner ecosystem to ensure the successful delivery of value.
• Assist customers in securing transitions from on-premises systems to Snowflake, Databricks, and leading cloud data warehouses.
• Provide guidance to customers on Generative AI and LLM privacy issues, including measures to prevent PII leakage in training datasets and inference pipelines.
• Support the integration of Databolt into multi-cloud settings using Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Lead discovery workshops and strategic sessions for CIOs, CISOs, CDOs, and technical experts.
• Collaborate with System Integrators and Channel Partners to enable effective implementations.
• Identify and align with technical decision-makers, economic buyers, and influencers.
• Convert technical capabilities into business value for CxOs.
• Conduct technical assessments of customer cloud infrastructures, data pipelines, and regulatory challenges.
• Design and document scalable implementation strategies that address ingress/egress, latency, and Kubernetes resource management.
• Serve as the technical liaison for System Integrators, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Manage hands-on technical proofs of concept.
• Educate customers on best practices for tokenization and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Military experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise software.
• At least 4 years of experience with Kubernetes and Container Orchestration.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Data Security technologies, such as Tokenization, Encryption, Key Management, or IAM.
• At least 4 years of experience with public cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• No new employment authorization sponsorship is available from Capital One.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Preferred: Knowledge of cloud migration patterns and the modern data stack, such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Preferred: Understanding of data privacy issues associated with AI/LLMs, including the sanitization of training data, model inversion attacks, and PII leakage.
• Preferred: Experience in architecting solutions for highly regulated or data-intensive sectors.
• Preferred: Proven success in leading workshops and presenting to C-level executives.
• Preferred: Experience in managing technical relationships with System Integrators (SIs) and VARs.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting deployments within a customer’s VPC or private cloud environment.
