This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage key accounts while increasing overall bookings.
• Oversee the strategic direction, operational objectives, and overall management of the Account Management team.
• Accurately predict quarterly results.
• Consistently surpass sales targets.
• Cultivate strong and productive relationships with clients.
• Provide impactful leadership across various teams.
• Direct, manage, and supervise sales support functions.
• Lead initiatives to achieve maximum sales revenue and corporate objectives.
• Assign sales territories, train staff, set quotas, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Market the firm’s products and services to both new and existing clients.
• Develop and expand customer accounts effectively.
• Grow existing accounts within a defined geographic territory or product line.
• Sell products or services directly to end users.
• Maintain relationships with current accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Implement processes within the department, set annual objectives, and execute strategies to achieve goals.
• Oversee departmental financial performance and P&L responsibilities.
• Handle hiring, firing, conduct performance evaluations, and perform pay reviews.
• Manage first-level managers and supervisors.
• Guide team activities following functional practices and management precedents.
• Execute financials, business planning, organizational priorities, and workforce allocation.
• Develop and manage operational initiatives to deliver tactical outcomes.
• Communicate and present results and recommendations across various disciplines.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 8 years of relevant sales leadership experience.
• Capability to provide guidance to subordinates within established MeridianLink policies.
• Ability to recommend changes in policies and procedures affecting multiple disciplines.
• Experience managing departmental financial performance and P&L responsibilities.
• Proven experience in hiring, firing, conducting performance evaluations, and pay reviews.
• Experience managing first-level managers and supervisors.
• Ability to execute financials, business planning, organizational priorities, and workforce allocation effectively.
• Proven ability to develop and manage operational initiatives.
• Capability to collaborate with supervisors, customers, and functional peer professionals across various units.
• Ability to partner with external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to present results and recommendations across disciplines.
• Must pass a background check, a credit check, and a drug test.
• Must provide documentation confirming identity and authorization to work in the United States.
