This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer strategic guidance on analytics trends, data-driven decision-making, and industry best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership to pinpoint business drivers and explore growth opportunities in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Enhance business performance metrics and KPIs while creating stakeholder scorecards.
• Conduct detailed KPI analysis to extract insights and best practices.
• Propel conversion rate optimization and identify drop-offs in the customer journey.
• Lead efforts to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Increase the volume of A/B testing and optimize the use of the A/B testing platform.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop frameworks for measuring campaigns.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights to refine targeting, messaging, and ROI.
• Create journey reporting for CRM programs and segment journeys based on customer interactions and behaviors.
• Synthesize customer feedback and data from digital interactions, surveys, and CRM systems.
• Analyze behaviors, expectations, and value across various customer segments.
• Generate quarterly insights and reports on the "state of the customer."
• Create cohort-based business perspectives to forecast volume flow and next steps.
• Supervise scalable analytics frameworks and systems throughout the customer journey.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across diverse data sources.
• Incorporate analytics into business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop the customer data structure, improving its robustness and actionability.
• Elevate analytics architecture for scalability and real-time insights.
• Enhance data accessibility and usability throughout the organization.
• Implement advanced analytics tools and methodologies, including machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for analytics initiatives with executive leadership and external partners.
• Present analytics insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and board-level audiences.
• Promote a culture centered around data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence.
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven history of driving business results through strategic analytics initiatives.
• Experience in customer and marketing analytics is essential.
• Strong proficiency in data warehousing, data visualization, statistical analysis, and contemporary analytics tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
