Director, Creator Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and nurture a team of Creator Managers.

• Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure the team meets quarterly and annual revenue goals and roster expansion objectives.

• Mentor Creator Managers during intricate brand negotiations, creator strategy formulation, pricing discussions, renewals, and relationship management.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions aimed at professional growth and measurable results.

• Identify opportunities for expanding creator businesses through new partnerships, long-term strategic planning, and proactive account management.

• Personally oversee a select group of high-value creators.

• Collaborate with Business Affairs, Accounting, Marketing, Creator Growth, and Executive Leadership.

• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate Creator Management talent.

• Contribute to leadership discussions, process enhancements, strategic initiatives, and the agency’s future development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creator, talent, influencer, entertainment, or digital talent management.

• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing client-facing teams.

• Demonstrated ability to build a highly successful creator roster.

• Proven success in negotiating complex brand partnerships and talent agreements.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to influence both creators and internal teams.

• Existing connections with major brands, agencies, and industry partners (preferred).

• Experience managing high-profile creators (preferred).

• Background in a fast-growing startup or entrepreneurial setting (preferred).
