This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create and implement strategies for acquiring new accounts to drive business revenue.

• Identify, prospect, and engage with CHROs, VPs of HR, and leaders in Talent Development/L&D within Fortune 1000 companies, as well as enterprise and mid-market organizations.

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, conferences, and strategic outreach.

• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline that meets annual revenue objectives.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution and handoff.

• Meet or surpass revenue, pipeline, and new client acquisition targets.

• Present and promote HRCI's certification, learning, and enterprise offerings to HR and Talent leaders.

• Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.

• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with CHROs, HR executives, and Talent Development leaders.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

• Collaborate with customer success and marketing teams to enhance growth and retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise B2B sales or business development.

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing new business through outbound prospecting.

• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.

• Experience in selling to Fortune 1000 companies or within complex enterprise environments.

• Background in selling HR, talent management, learning & development, or certification/credentialing solutions.

• Preferred knowledge of the HR industry, HRCI/SHRM certification, or experience selling to HR buyers.

• Strong focus on new business and a hunter mentality.

• Excellent executive presence and consultative selling abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality work.

• Ability to act swiftly and collaborate across various teams and roles.

• Understanding of HR functions and priorities, including talent acquisition, workforce development, compliance, and professional certification.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A Master’s degree is highly desirable.

• Occasional travel may be required.
