Director – Corporate Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the designated UK Nominee Director

• Execute necessary company and banking documents from a remote location

• Provide support with occasional corporate compliance issues

• Complete an initial setup that takes around 1–2 hours

• Undertake occasional tasks once or twice throughout the year
