This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee contract management, compliance, subcontract administration, procurement oversight, and ethics and compliance functions across various Federal Government programs.

• Provide strategic guidance and operational management for government contracts, subcontracts, purchasing activities, small business commitments, and compliance initiatives.

• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards.

• Report directly to an Associate VP of Contract Management.

• Work remotely with some travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Must successfully obtain interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Service).

• Candidates residing in Puerto Rico are not eligible for hire.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Federal Government contracting.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience is necessary.

• One of the following certifications is required: Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), CPCM or CFCM.

• Extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

• Comprehensive understanding of Small Business Program Requirements.

• Detailed knowledge of Change Order Proposal Requirements.

• Must have home internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Ability to work from a dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
