This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the Commercial Learning & Development function and define its strategy, governance, priorities, capability roadmap, and operational model.
β’ Design and implement scalable learning and capability-enhancement solutions encompassing onboarding, sales effectiveness, product knowledge, customer engagement, leadership development, and ongoing learning.
β’ Evaluate organizational capability needs and collaborate with leaders in Commercial, Sales, Human Resources, and Talent to identify performance gaps and deploy development solutions.
β’ Lead, mentor, and nurture the Commercial Learning & Development team while participating in strategic projects, program design, and capability-building initiatives.
β’ Supervise the design, execution, delivery, and continuous enhancement of learning programs, structured learning pathways, onboarding experiences, certification frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.
β’ Establish learning governance, standards, measurement frameworks, and operational practices.
β’ Manage the learning portfolio, budget, vendor relationships, technologies, and resource investments.
β’ Utilize learning analytics, capability assessments, and business performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform investment decisions.
β’ Provide guidance to Commercial Leadership, Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Marketing, and Talent leaders regarding workforce capability, learning strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
β’ Promote the adoption of learning initiatives and encourage continuous development, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and talent growth across the Commercial organization.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
β’ Over 12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Talent Development, Commercial Excellence, Organizational Development, or related areas.
β’ At least 5 years of leadership experience overseeing teams, strategic initiatives, budgets, and organizational development programs.
β’ Proven track record in leading a learning, capability-building, sales enablement, or talent-development function, with accountability for strategy, execution, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
β’ Experience in developing and executing commercial learning strategies, onboarding programs, sales capability initiatives, leadership development programs, and structured learning pathways in complex organizations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to assess organizational capability needs and convert business priorities into scalable development solutions while balancing strategic leadership with practical execution.
β’ Experience in managing budgets, vendor partnerships, learning technologies, analytics platforms, and performance measurement frameworks.
β’ Strong knowledge of commercial organizations, sales processes, customer engagement strategies, sales effectiveness, and capability development practices.
β’ Proven ability to influence senior leaders, build cross-functional collaborations, and facilitate organizational change in complex business settings.
β’ Exceptional abilities in leadership, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, project management, change leadership, and business insight.
β’ Preferred: experience working with large, geographically dispersed, multi-site, or global employee populations.
β’ Preferred: experience in healthcare, medical distribution, manufacturing, sales, or other complex commercial environments.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with learning management systems, talent technologies, learning analytics, and contemporary learning methodologies.
β’ Preferred: experience in developing or transforming learning, sales enablement, or capability-development functions.
β’ Capability to perform sedentary work and execute repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements.
β’ Ability to independently lift up to 15 lbs and not exceed 50 lbs without assistance.
