This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy and implementation across commerce media as well as marketplace and retail dynamics.
• Ensure exceptional delivery consistently and serve as a senior partner to client teams during critical moments.
• Establish standards for craftsmanship, testing, and operational discipline.
• Advocate for product- and measurement-driven methodologies.
• Develop a robust pool of talent.
• Engage with client businesses and assist client teams and new business initiatives.
• Address leaves of absence and fill gaps within client teams.
• Set objectives and performance expectations with teams.
• Manage quality control and ensure that standards, templates, and review processes facilitate consistent execution.
• Lead and maintain key client relationships as the senior Commerce leader.
• Direct strategic client interactions and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Anticipate potential risks and direct teams towards early and transparent resolutions.
• Promote Tinuiti’s product and technology suite within commerce delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, I&G, Creative, and other channels to enhance workflows.
• Convert platform changes into playbooks, client suggestions, and team training.
• Supervise the analysis of intricate commerce performance data.
• Set expectations for testing rigor and documented learning cycles.
• Ensure that teams monitor and interpret performance while recommending next steps.
• Oversee comprehensive commerce strategies utilizing expertise in commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
• Maintain and advance Tinuiti Way commerce standards across accounts and teams.
• Foster cross-channel alignment with full-funnel strategies and the broader media mix.
• Propel growth, retention, and profitability outcomes for commerce clients.
• Advocate for innovation in commerce tactics, platform features, workflows, and scalable playbooks.
• Identify and minimize waste through straightforward standards and safeguards.
• Drive outcomes related to client growth, retention, execution quality, innovation adoption, and talent development.
• Over 10 years of experience in commerce, e-commerce, retail media, or marketplace roles.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth strategies and achieving measurable client outcomes.
• More than 5 years of experience leading teams of individual contributors and/or managers.
• Background in coaching, performance management, quality assessment, and talent development.
• Strong understanding of commerce media and marketplace ecosystems such as Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo.
• Capability to guide data interpretation, testing fundamentals, and measurement-based decision-making.
• Ability to translate performance and trade-offs into clear narratives for clients.
• Proven capability to collaborate cross-functionally with Client Partners, Creative, Analytics, and other channels.
• Strong storytelling skills and client-facing presence suitable for executive settings.
• Ability to foster alignment, make decisions, and ensure accountability.
• $135,000 - $155,000 hiring salary along with a discretionary performance bonus.
