This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct and lead the clinical excellence managers within the region.

• Work alongside the capital sales team to enhance partial footprints.

• Engage in new sales initiatives and expansion opportunities.

• Promote clinical programs and electronic medical record (EMR) integration to facilitate customer success.

• Ensure the clinical excellence team carries out regular and quality customer business reviews.

• Offer in-person and/or virtual assistance to customers, partners, and members of the Outset team.

• Participate in business planning as well as clinical, operational, and financial action planning.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to propel strategic priorities forward.

• Take part in the creation of policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care.

• Enhance the skills of clinical excellence managers.

• Lead efforts to implement the refresh strategy.

• Guide the team in addressing and transitioning problem accounts.

• Work in conjunction with marketing, clinical, service, and commercial teams.

• Collaborate with Sales Effectiveness on training programs for medical devices.

• Hold meetings with Field Service Managers to promote customer success, service excellence, and effective communication.

• Manage relationships with healthcare providers, professional organizations, and regulatory bodies.

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

• Provide leadership and direction to the clinical excellence team, promoting collaboration and ongoing improvement.

• Develop and execute clinical strategies to increase the utilization of the company’s medical devices.

• Identify and adopt best practices for new installations and program expansions.

• Assist in training the clinical excellence team for the successful implementation and use of medical devices.

• Manage and offer feedback to external vendors.

• Mentor team members on career development and growth.

• Act as the clinical point of contact for customer escalations and issues.

• Monitor and communicate team priorities, metrics, and achievements.

• Travel up to 75% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related discipline.

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

• Over 5 years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare or medical device environment.

• Proficient in compliance regulations and standards.

• Experience in developing business plans and calculating ROI.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the health system accreditation process.

• Strong background in process and quality improvement.

• Ability to translate data and analytics into actionable plans.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75%.

• Capacity to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.

• Skill in multitasking and performing well under pressure.

• Goal-oriented and dedicated to driving initiatives to completion.

• Strong interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.

• Preferred: Doctorate of Nursing Practice, experience in the medical-device industry, knowledge of dialysis or relevant medical technology, advanced nursing certifications, and experience as ACNO/CNO/VP of Patient Care Services/DON.

• Desired certifications include CNE, NEA-BC, CPHQ, CNL, CMSRN, and CCRN.
