Director, Client Partnerships – Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage clients and effectively bid to secure a share of RFPs within the traditional market research sector.

• Collaborate with Research Directors to support current accounts and attract new business opportunities.

• Strengthen existing client relationships to drive additional business growth.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to prospects throughout the sales process.

• Meet personal financial objectives, including quarterly revenue and profit targets.

• Take ownership of sales performance for designated accounts.

• Optimize and present client proposals promptly with accurate feasibility and pricing.

• Keep an updated prospecting list for business development efforts.

• Develop strategies aimed at targeting high-value accounts.

• Maintain the company's sales CRM with precise contact and activity information.

• Ensure accurate sales reporting and address any improvement suggestions and data queries.

• Schedule meetings with new client contacts and enhance relationships with existing accounts.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on sales and marketing strategies, thought leadership, and internal support.

• Represent pharma-insight at conferences and industry events.

• Establish close partnerships with delivery teams to guarantee seamless client service from quoting to invoicing.

• Participate in key meetings for sold projects, including kick-offs, regular updates, and final presentations.

• Assist delivery teams through internal briefings, questionnaire assessments, and presentation evaluations.

• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to the Leadership team.

• Continuously pursue new business opportunities and onboard new customers.

• Monitor sales KPIs, bidding metrics, behavioral metrics, workloads, and New Business objectives.

• Support team financial goals regarding quarterly revenue and profit.

• Utilize account data to create, implement, and evaluate growth strategies.

• Review accounts monthly to assess progress against sales and revenue targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• 4-5 years of professional market research experience is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare market research is an advantage.

• Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests effectively.

• Strong relationship-building and customer service capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding time management abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in seeking solutions.

• High levels of self-discipline and organizational skills.

• Excellent presentation abilities.
