This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the growth and development of the Professional Services business throughout the Americas region, focusing on revenue generation, bookings, and sustainable business success.
• Formulate and implement business development strategies tailored for Enterprise-class clients.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance existing accounts and explore new market segments.
• Design innovative market entry strategies through thought leadership and a deep understanding of OpenText solutions and services.
• Coach, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team.
• Propel the organization to surpass revenue and booking targets for both new and recurring business.
• Cultivate trusted executive-level relationships with clients and provide an outstanding client experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholder groups to ensure client success.
• Participate in the Americas Professional Services Leadership Team and contribute to defining and executing business strategies.
• Align Professional Services offerings with client needs, market trends, and OpenText strategic priorities.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel both regionally and internationally as necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in expanding and leading Professional Services organizations that serve Enterprise-class clients.
• Proven track record of consistent revenue growth and business development.
• Skilled in building, developing, retaining, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and collaborate across various organizational levels and functions.
• Experience in Enterprise Information Management, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Management, Cybersecurity, AI, IT Operations Management, or related fields.
• A client-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in using metrics and operational insights to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage in substantial business discussions with senior leaders and executives.
