This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee the delivery of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s worldwide events and hospitality portfolio.
• Act as a strategic advisor for HPE.
• Provide comprehensive ownership of intricate, high-profile programs.
• Guide projects from strategy and planning to execution.
• Ensure experiences are aligned with HPE’s business goals and standards of operational excellence.
• Drive program success while fostering team development.
• Mentor direct reports and lead cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with GMR subject matter experts to promote internal alignment, innovation, and teamwork.
• Direct the strategic planning and execution of global hospitality initiatives.
• Manage itineraries, accommodations, international transportation, ticketing, accreditation, vendors, contracts, and quality assurance.
• Oversee guest registration, VIP communications, food and beverage operations, cultural itineraries, gifting, and onsite staffing.
• Handle multi-currency budgets, Statements of Work, invoicing, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Lead senior-client status meetings and deliver executive presentations.
• Develop and coach a high-achieving account team.
• Coordinate creative, digital, procurement, finance, logistics, and global operations subject matter expert groups.
• Proven experience in B2B corporate hospitality and global event management.
• Background in directing global hospitality programs and managing end-to-end logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, international transport, ticketing, and accreditation.
• Experience in cultivating and managing global vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and upholding quality-assurance standards.
• Proficiency in overseeing guest registration, VIP communications, food and beverage operations, curated cultural itineraries, customized gifting initiatives, and onsite staffing.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-currency program budgets, Statements of Work, invoicing, tracking, and final reconciliation.
• Experience serving as a primary partner for senior-level clients, leading status meetings, and delivering executive presentations.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to advise, manage, and retain high-value clients.
• Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to foster team culture, provide coaching and feedback, and support professional development.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented leadership in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Capability to quickly master complex new systems.
• In-depth understanding of client brand ecosystems, sponsorship integrations, and emerging VIP hospitality trends.
• Ability to implement standardized, scalable execution frameworks using advanced project plans, detailed timelines, and structured administrative tracking.
• Capacity to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, clients, partner agencies, and subject matter experts.
• Full authorization and readiness to travel internationally for site inspections and extended onsite execution periods of up to 90 days.
