Director, Client Coding Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic guidance for client coding integration within revenue cycle management operations.

• Ensure that integration strategies are aligned with corporate goals, regulatory compliance, and client demands.

• Establish and execute enterprise-level strategies for coding integration.

• Collaborate with senior executives and client leadership to set integration priorities and objectives.

• Supervise the formulation of policies, standards, and best practices for coding integration across various teams.

• Evaluate performance metrics and market trends to guide strategic choices and foster continuous improvement.

• Lead the resolution of significant integration challenges and implement strategies for risk mitigation.

• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to enhance coding workflows and improve client satisfaction.

• Formulate long-term resource planning and talent strategies to support integration goals.
