This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Act as a reliable advisor to the SVP regarding commercial strategy, organizational efficiency, and business priorities.
β’ Convert strategic initiatives into actionable execution plans that yield measurable results.
β’ Anticipate potential risks, spot opportunities, and proactively suggest solutions.
β’ Create executive briefings, strategic presentations, business reviews, and leadership communications.
β’ Offer thought partnership on organizational design, sales transformation, and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Propel the execution of global sales priorities and strategic initiatives.
β’ Oversee pipeline health, forecast accuracy, bookings, ARR, expansion, customer retention, and sales productivity.
β’ Identify execution gaps and collaborate with sales leaders to enhance performance.
β’ Ensure inspection, accountability, and follow-through among the sales leadership team.
β’ Support initiatives aimed at boosting seller productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
β’ Manage the operating cadence for leadership staff meetings, pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, MBRs, QBRs, and annual planning.
β’ Develop executive dashboards and reports on business performance.
β’ Monitor strategic priorities, key decisions, and organizational commitments.
β’ Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve execution, efficiency, and business results.
β’ Enhance operating rhythms, decision-making processes, and organizational effectiveness.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, Enablement, HR, and executive leaders.
β’ Eliminate organizational friction that affects commercial execution.
β’ Coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives that support revenue growth and customer success.
β’ Promote alignment across global leadership teams and various time zones.
β’ Represent the SVP in meetings and cross-functional discussions when appropriate.
β’ Work with the Executive Assistant to maximize executive effectiveness and optimize executive time.
β’ Assist in executive communications, leadership alignment, and organizational change initiatives.
β’ Foster accountability while building trust, collaboration, and high performance.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise sales, sales operations, revenue operations, strategy, consulting, business operations, or similar executive leadership roles.
β’ Experience in supporting senior commercial executives within complex global organizations.
β’ Solid understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, subscription business models, and global go-to-market organizations.
β’ Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
β’ Strong financial, analytical, and operational business acumen.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
β’ Established ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
β’ Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments.
