This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a strategic partner to the founder across various simultaneous client projects.
β’ Provide structure, prioritization, and follow-through to a dynamic, multi-account portfolio.
β’ Conduct market and competitive intelligence research, including mapping the vendor ecosystem and ranking competitors.
β’ Convert research findings into identifiable patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
β’ Identify executive and decision-maker contacts using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
β’ Create personalized outreach backed by research.
β’ Develop sales and discovery materials using public intelligence and insights on strategic positioning.
β’ Construct and oversee project plans and Gantt charts that encompass phases, milestones, dependencies, timelines, risks, and KPIs.
β’ Generate competitive analyses and comparison materials for executive and client presentations.
β’ Ensure consistency and rigor across diverse client accounts and industries.
β’ A minimum of 3 years in a Chief of Staff, strategic research, competitive intelligence, or senior business/sales analysis position, preferably supporting a founder, executive, or a multi-client portfolio.
β’ Exceptional business English writing skills; capable of independently creating structured, citation-supported, executive-ready reports.
β’ Proven experience in sourcing executive or decision-maker contacts through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or equivalent platforms.
β’ Proficient in drafting personalized outreach or cold emails as part of a research or business development deliverable.
β’ Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet for Gantt charts and KPI dashboards.
β’ History of multi-source verification and transparent sourcing and citation practices.
β’ High level of discernment and tenacity; capable of working with minimal supervision and switching contexts across multiple, unrelated client accounts.
β’ Prior experience in the legal tech, insurtech, investigations, or litigation consulting fields.
β’ Familiar with the luxury travel, ground transportation, or corporate meetings and events sectors.
β’ Experience directly supporting sales or business development teams with a research background related to SDR/BDR.
β’ 13th month pay.
β’ Performance-based bonuses up to 150% of one month's salary.
