This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the execution of cross-functional initiatives involving the CCO, Product, R&D, Finance, Commercial, Clinical, and other teams.
• Convert strategic objectives into clear, unified goals across different functions.
• Monitor execution, proactively identify obstacles, and bridge gaps between decisions and their implementation.
• Serve as a vital connector within the CCO organization and among key cross-functional collaborators.
• Identify misalignments early and assist leaders in reaching a consensus on direction.
• Oversee the operating rhythms of the Clinical team, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, and forums for decision-making and accountability.
• Highlight trade-offs, including options, costs, and recommendations for leadership prioritization.
• Draft decision memos and initial CCO-wide communications.
• Create and implement processes that enhance organization-wide efficiency.
• Lead internal initiatives and cross-functional programs that do not have a designated organizational home.
• Manage urgent, unplanned requests and ad hoc deliverables while serving as a dependable business partner.
• Assist Payer partnerships and Clinical organizations in shaping mental healthcare funding, delivery, quality, and reimbursement.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, strategy, or a previous Chief of Staff position in technology.
• Direct experience supporting a C-suite executive is strongly preferred.
• Experience working within a high-growth company at scale, ideally with over 1,000 employees.
• Outstanding writing abilities, including the creation of briefs, memos, presentations, and communications in another person's voice.
• Exceptional project management skills spanning multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Capacity to influence peers and executives without having direct authority.
• Ability to impose structure on ambiguous situations while maintaining operational speed.
• A background in consulting or strategy is a plus.
• An MBA is a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare or payer sectors is a plus.
• Experience scaling through significant organizational changes is a plus.
