This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the business rhythm, which encompasses annual strategic planning and business review initiatives.
• Prepare for board meetings while monitoring organizational goals, key performance indicators, and objectives for value creation.
• Collaborate across departments including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, Legal, and others.
• Lead cross-functional, high-priority special projects that do not belong to a specific department.
• Facilitate communication between the CEO, the leadership team, and employees.
• Assist in resolving disputes and support leadership engagement and culture-building efforts.
• Work directly with the CEO to prioritize initiatives across the enterprise and prepare for critical decisions.
• Ensure timely execution of strategic commitments.
• Prepare materials for the Board of Directors, investor updates, executive presentations, and briefing documents.
• Analyze business updates, performance metrics, market trends, and functional reports.
• Summarize insights, identify potential risks, and recommend actions for the CEO and executive leaders.
• Support product strategy, readiness for commercialization, lifecycle planning, corporate development, alliance management, and scaling the organization in a regulated biotech setting.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a healthcare-related field.
• At least eight years of experience in business management, leadership, strategy, consulting, or operations roles.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Flexible skill set and a strong commitment to efficient productivity.
• Experience in data analysis and budget management.
• Consulting experience with an emphasis on operations management.
• Track record of success in a project coordination role.
• Agile business mindset focused on developing innovative solutions.
• Strong project-reporting capabilities, with an emphasis on interdepartmental communication.
• Prior experience preparing materials for executive committees or boards of directors is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
