This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founder in launching new ventures.

• Lead workstreams to assess the success of existing businesses.

• Transform incubation-pipeline ideas into validated concepts through research, financial modeling, customer interactions, positioning, and organization.

• Manage assigned portfolio projects encompassing go-to-market strategies, operations, finance, and recruitment.

• Perform deal-related tasks, including financial modeling, data room assessments, thesis pressure-testing, investment documentation, and LP reporting.

• Develop and operate AI agents and automation tools for the firm's operations.

• Investigate relevant topics and present recommendations supported by sound reasoning.

⛳️ Requirements

• AI-native: routinely utilize frontier models and possess knowledge of Claude Code, agentic workflows, MCP, automation platforms, and rapid prototyping, sufficient to demonstrate your creations.

• Strong academic background from a globally recognized institution.

• Prior experience in banking, consulting, startups, and/or investment roles.

• Demonstrated proactive attitude and robust work ethic.

• Capacity for original thought.

• Independent and efficient: capable of transforming ambiguous briefs into completed work without supervision.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.

• Proficiency in German or another European language is a plus.

• Available full-time within four to six weeks for a duration of three to six months.
