This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead comprehensive initiatives that enhance the category P&L through acquisition, retention, conversion, and launching new treatments.
• Manage unit economics encompassing CAC, LTV, ARPU, submit-to-subscriber (S2S), and contribution margin.
• Execute initiatives as a portfolio by identifying opportunities, evaluating trade-offs, sequencing roadmaps, and suggesting priorities.
• Collaborate with growth and lifecycle teams to enhance acquisition, S2S conversion, and retention efforts.
• Define the technology product roadmap alongside product and engineering teams to boost conversion and retention rates.
• Foster cross-selling and long-term engagement to transform single-treatment purchasers into multi-specialty members.
• Develop pricing, bundling, and merchandising strategies that safeguard margin and LTV.
• Oversee treatment development roadmaps from the initial business case and forecast to the go-live stage.
• Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and regulatory teams to ensure safe and rapid market introduction of therapies.
• Create standardized launch playbooks.
• Provide a premium, empathetic, and destigmatizing customer experience throughout.
• Analyze the customer journey from initial contact through fulfillment and ongoing care.
• Integrate qualitative insights with data to address experience gaps.
• Align clinical, regulatory, product, growth, analytics, pharmacy, and operations teams.
• Consolidate product and treatment roadmaps into a unified prioritized plan.
• Manage growth operations and analytics resources while supporting Senior Managers.
• Develop initiative scorecards that include metrics on revenue, contribution margin, retention/churn, S2S, ARPU, and treatment adoption.
• Establish KPIs and success criteria, and present performance during business reviews.
• Report to the General Manager, Hims, and collaborate with GMs and Directors throughout the Hims & Hers portfolio.
• Over 7 years of experience in category management, strategy and operations, general management, or a related field with tangible business accountability.
• Experience in a high-growth, cross-functional environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing high-stakes initiatives or a P&L, driving measurable results in revenue, margin, or retention.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling new products or programs from inception and at scale.
• Experience in managing a portfolio and roadmap, prioritizing competing initiatives, and sequencing investments based on a clear thesis.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; capable of building and defending models and making informed decisions with limited data.
• Cross-functional leadership skills to align clinical, product, growth, and operations teams under a single plan.
• Proactive approach: MVP, learn, iterate instead of over-engineering.
• Ambitious and capable of evolving into a GM role overseeing a category.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in DTC, telehealth, or consumer health is advantageous; background in men’s health is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulated healthcare products, pharmacy operations, or compounding is a bonus.
• Experience in people management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Looker / Amplitude is a bonus.
