This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify, assess, and secure business development prospects within National Intelligence clients.
β’ Develop and implement effective capture strategies for Engineering, Mission Integration, Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA), and AI/ML projects.
β’ Lead cross-functional teams in the pursuit and acquisition of significant opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with operations personnel, Market/Account leaders, technical specialists, and proposal center teams to create persuasive solutions.
β’ Drive the creation of compliant, engaging, and competitive proposal documents.
β’ Establish and nurture trusted relationships with NRO, NGO, and other stakeholders prior to RFP issuance.
β’ Oversee and manage a diverse array of capture opportunities across various technologies and agencies.
β’ Manage resources, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring accountability for the progress of opportunities.
β’ Keep abreast of defense and intelligence technology trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
β’ At least 15 years of experience in capture management, business development, or similar roles supporting substantial government contracts.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ Proven success in pursuing, capturing, and winning large-scale opportunities within the National Intelligence domain.
β’ Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a capture or business development context.
β’ Knowledge of Mission Systems Integration, IT Modernization, Cloud Computing, and Systems Engineering.
β’ Active or the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and CI Poly or Full Scope Poly.
β’ Capability to formulate and execute innovative capture strategies that tackle complex challenges and competitive procurements.
β’ Preferred: Extensive understanding of FAR/DFARS and relevant acquisition lifecycles, including OTAs and CSOs.
β’ Preferred: Experience in developing pricing for cost-type and firm-fixed-price contracts.
β’ Preferred: Specialized knowledge in engineering and SETA-type contracts within the Intel Space environment.
